We can provide care and support workers overnight on a temporary or permanent basis. A sleep in is normally for a total of 10 hours starting between 8pm and 10pm and finishing between 6am and 8am.
As part of our overnight care services, the care and support workers should be able to sleep for a total of 6 hours and not be disturbed more than twice in the night.
Thus, the rate charged for this is at a greatly reduced rate to the hourly rate. A wake in night is charged at the full hourly rate as the care and support worker will be awake all night.
